Abstract

This project is about to design and develop wireless based control of industrial robot in an automated manufacturing plant with vision system. The plant works as the platform for electronic components insertion task using wireless based control of industrial robotic. CX-Designer programming is used to create a Graphical User Interface (GUI) to act as controller and monitoring system of the plant. CX-Programmer used to program the Programmable Logic Control (PLC) to control the plant and Machine Vision Software used to develop vision system. This project could help to reduce the requirement of manpower and at the same time increase the output production.
