Abstract

Packaging is an important process for the laundry industry.The use of packaging machine technology in developing countries is to minimize production costs that will lead to economic development and packaging production.Current conditions in our country,the use of heat impulse sealer is for small industries in Malaysia to carry out packaging business.This project tends to provide the design and development of packaging machines manually or mechanically.The mission of this project is to produce the concept of producing a packing containing a cleaning fluid. This machine is designed to reduce the effort or the ability to pack a cleaning fluid compared to the heat impulse sealer.In order to reduce human effort to operate the machine,Manual Stamping Filling Sealing (MSFS) machine is designed based on several concept ideas.Each design has it specific characteristics,advantages and disadvantages.Furthermore, CATIA V5 is a software that used to design Manual Stamping Filling Sealing (MSFS) machine.The target group for this project is for household and industrial detergent companies.This latest feature of the machine will meet three customer requests; interesting,smart and compact.These works include filling,forming and sealing that are implemented in the machine and will be handled manually.
