Abstract
This research is developing a converter kit for liquid petro leum gas (LPG) that is used in e lectric generator. Actual ly LPG systems have al ready used as a fuel for cooking. transportation. etc. In this research. LPG systems are di viding into two parts. The first part is related to theory and the second part is a research. The research covers fuel consumption analysis and performance analysis of generator that is us ing the LPG and petrol. Th is research is to know the LPG efficiency as energy for electric generator. To test the efficiency of generator. the arrangement of the component is important for LPG system and the difference way-. ill be taken for petrol engine. Other experiment is conducted to determine the mass flow rate and the price comparison bet\ een LPG and petrol. It is found that the usage of LPG for small generator is more advantage than petrol since the price of LPG lower than petrol and the performance of generator is almost similar.
