Abstract
This case study is about type of sensor using in the Obstacle Avoidance Robot. There are a lot of sensors used in the Obstacle Avoidance Robot but only three of them which are Ultrasonic sensor, Infrared sensor and Limit switch will be studied. Each sensor will be tested on the sensitivity of detecting the object and battery consumption. Lastly, only one of these three sensors will be chosen used on the high sensitivity of detection and battery consumption to be implemented to the robot.
