Abstract

As been stated for the thesis title of "Develop the production process flow layout for casting process" this thesis will introduce on how to develop the production process for the casting process and determine various factors in order to develop the production. The help of simulation tool can accomplish this task and the simulation tool that was used for this project is using DELMIA QUEST software. DELMIA QUEST is a complete 3D digital factory environment for process flow simulation and analysis, accuracy, and profitability analysis.
