Abstract

This paper briefly describes the special publication fault analysis data requirement for programmed computer analysis. The Inodeling and simulation software PSCAD/EMTDC developed specifically for analyze fauJt for application and design concepts. The emphasis was on implementing user-friendly and open-systen1 solution that will allow an easy use and straightforward future expansion. Set toolbox of PSCAD/EMTDC, the mentioned libraries allow for a variety of studies aimed at better understanding power system analysis approaches and related applications. In particular, this report explains main chapters, which consist of introduction, literature reviews, methodology, analysis, result and conclusion. The introduction explains what' the application is and what their purposes are. While in literature review and project methodology, it explains the existing similar application and comparison, the methodology approach and project requirement. The findings of this project are useful for power system in order to analyze fault along the ttansmission line. The analyzing the fault that happen along translnission line is to detennine the changed of parameter during fault occur. The result of this analysis will be used as a reference for further study.
