Abstract
Today, more demanding drives used in machine tools, spindles, high-speed elevators, dynamometers, mine winders, rolling mills, glass float lines, and the like have much more sophisticated requirement and must afford the flexibility to allow for regulation of a numbers of variables, such as speed, position, acceleration, and torque. This project was developed because of the requirement of factories and people around the world. The concept of this project is, when the power supply is ON, the current will be conducts through the rectifier, OC bus, 3-phase inverter and an induction motor. Then, an induction motor will rotate. When the induction motor rotates, the speed of the motor will be controlled by the microcontroller. So, through this project student be able to minimize or maximize the speed of the motor by using microcontroller.
