Abstract
This project is to design and develop an "Electronic Counter for Multi-Storey Car Park" using PLC control. This project combines the knowledge of electrical and electronic. The objective of this project is to design and display the car park spaces using 7 segments to display total parking lots are available. "Electronic Counter for Multi-Storey Car Park" uses a PLC as the control system to control all the activities. Input devices such as limit switches and push buttons will send a signal to PLC; then PLC will make a response accordingly. The response normally involves turning ON or OFF an output signal to some of out devices such as DC motor and switches. When the parking lots are fully parked, the indicator will display "Full" sign and the main gate will stop to operate.
