Abstract
The project dealt with finding an object in a room, while given its approximate location, fmd the object using color & light estimation, and moving the object to a second location. This project is divided into two parts; software development and hardware design. The software development will be implementing from computer to Lego Mindstorm using an JR communication and the NQC programming language is used because it easy to understand and its more suitable to the robots. ln this project, the light sensors are used as the robots sense in the hard ware design. The robots will operate in 1.5m x I m sq room by recognize only a few types of colors, where it is beginning with a searching and finish with pushing an object to another location. Application of this project can be apply at a port and supermarket for searching an object and it also can be apply in military as a weapon to find and destroy mines.
