Abstract

The purpose of this project is to build a model of green house solar powered for plant watering system. This project consists of designing the watering system and its hardware. This system is operated when circuit works by detecting the moisture level if the soil falls below a predefined level. Then, the water pumped from a reservoir via a control valve. A light emitting diode (LED) will give a warning when the water supply is running low so that it can be filled up before it runs dry. The circuit has soil moisture detector to ensure the plant cannot be drowned or starved of water. This project has two controls, first for altering the soil wetness and second the amount of water delivered to the plants during each watering session. At the end of this project, it will automatically function after the soil is dry or the wetness is low.
