Abstract
This project is developed for designing non-fixed integral gain or usually called as the Automatic Generation Controller (AGC). This AGC is used to minimise frequency deviation on gas turbine model and to restore the nominal frequency the soonest possible. This project will use Simulink/Matlab to design non-fixed integral gain using fuzzy logic in order to increase the efficiency of the frequency control. Power systems normally experience disturbance resulting in frequency deviation. The frequency deviation occur from disturbance such as load deviation or electrical equipment problem. Large disturbance can result in very large imbalances between mechanical power and electrical power. The non-fixed integral gain is well·function for large disturbance on gas turbine model.
