Abstract

This project is about to develop a new system for monitoring the heating system (for molding machine) more easily and effectively from using the Visual Basic Programming. This project is categorized to two parts which are software, Visual Basic programming and the hardware, heating system. Firstly, engineer set the temperature on control panel. Then mold heating through indicator on control panel. If heat reaches the set level, signal will be shown on the display panel. If still no action taken after the signal, SMS mode will be activated and it will send the signal directly to engineer's cell phone. So, this project mission is to create a new monitoring system using Visual Basic with a simple programming code but effective for the industries. This project also need to have an analysis to prove that the program are develop can functional as well.
