Abstract

The process of washing carpet using manual method requires many workers as it involves intense physical activity.At the moment,the company only manage to cater 15 carpet daily due to this limitation.The company needs an innovation to wash the carpet semi-automatically to assist the carpet washing process that can support average 40kg of carpet weight.For large scale carpet,the water from the carpet needs to be removed manually before it is inserted into the spinner.The carpet will become heavier when it is wet and the weight can reach up to 40kg.The company needs and innovation to remove the water automatically that can support 40kg of wet carpet.The proposed solution is to developed an automatic carpet washing and drying machine that can support up to 120kg of wet carpet.
