Abstract
ZFH Industries Sdn. Bhd. is a manufacturing, construction and trading company established in Malaysia, specializing in design and builds projects utilizing timber-based product, e.g. wood plastic composites (WPCs), engineered timber flooring and other interior products. Their products are gaining high demands for local as well as overseas markets. As a company that is expanding globally, the products quality cannot be compromise is their main concern with the ultimate goal of customer satisfaction. Therefore, a systematic approach is proposed to address the key issues highlighted by the company. The main issue faced by this company is highlight is section 2.0
