Abstract
The main aim of this project is to provide an easy introduction of 7 QC tools and to improve the quality level of manufacturing processes by applying it. 7QC tools are means for Collecting data, analysing data, identifying root causes and measuring the results. In order to survive in a competitive market, improving quality and productivity of product important for any company. This study is about to apply the statistical process control tools in the production processing line in order to reduce defects by identifying where the highest waste is occur, and to give suggestion for improvement. The approach used in this study is direct observation, thorough examination of production process lines, brain storming session, fishbone diagram, by using PDCA cycle method. Check sheet, Pareto Diagram, Histogram, Cause-and-effect diagram, Control Chart, Run-Chart and Scatter-Diagram are used in enhancing the process by continuous monitoring through quality tools. The Quality Control tools are used to find the root Causes and eliminate them thus manufacturing processes can be improved.
