Abstract

This report is intended to explain the result of study on the Analysis of Human Hand Griping Strength in CNC Machining Industry. The focused company for data collection is Winco Precision engineering Sdn Bhd which is located at Taman Perindutrian Cheng, Melaka. This study covers the human hand strength in CNC machining industry and the maximum force obtains on the hand bone structure. The data was determine from several methodologies included the semi structure interview and data collection. In addition questionnaire survey was distributed to selected employees who are involved in griping activity in selected CNC machining industry. The data was analyzed and the outcome was focused on the value of human hand strength and identifying the critical force tension on the hand bone. The result showed the several functions and the fectiveness of the Finite Element software in the analysis to obtain the problem area of hand structure.
