Abstract
This project has been successfully done from concept to the software and hardware implementation of the traffic light controller. This report describes the design and operation of the traffic light controller system. Some parts of the project was successfully prototyped on a printed circuit board in the process of development and the accumulation of knowledge towards the final system. The overall concept of the project was successfully tested on several protoboards. The real implementation of the circuit in the field is still left for further study and improvement.
