Abstract
The study is basically to highlight a compliance of manufacturing company to the occupational safety and health aspect. The analysis of awareness employer and employee through the survey of qut!stionnaife decide eitheF the company COmply Of not with Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 regulations. Then, a study on the area that the company does and does not comply with the act shall be conducted. The aspect and impact will determine in this manufacturing company. The aim of this study is to come out With the significant risks and aSpect relate to occupational safety and health.
