Abstract
This project comprises developing a web-based Nasir Bike Shop Inventory System to address the shortcomings of old manual systems in inventory, customer order processing, and sales report production. The existing system's key flaws include poor data storage, erroneous reporting, and a lack of customer attention, which results in delayed order processing, increased expenses, and the possibility of client loss. This system has a user-friendly interface for staff to administer products and stock levels, process customer orders, and provides customers with online purchasing capabilities. Features include CRUD on products and categories, strong reporting, and automatic stock level updating. The system was iteratively developed to involve requirement gathering, design, implementation, and testing. This results in enhanced operational efficiency, increased customer satisfaction, and improved business acumen. That means it reduces costs, enhances productivity, and increases the customer base of any bike shop.
