Abstract
The ICT Policy and Guidelines are intended to define the roles and responsibilities of the parties in charge of managing, administering, and executing the development of university ICT services. Staff at UTeM are accountable for adhering to the laws, policies, and regulations put in place to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of university information affairs through the use of digital technology.
