Abstract
MELAKA, July 13 - The National-level Yang Dipertua Negeri of Melaka Cup oratory competition entitled Rukun Negara as a Principle of Unity for the Success and Stability of the People has a special element namely its non-Malay category, said state Unity, Community Relations, Manpower and Consumer Affairs Committee chairman Datuk Ismail Othman.
