Abstract
In this research, the software calculator has been build using Visual Basic .O. This software calculator can calculate connection loss of fiber optic. This calculator to calculate connection loss in single mode fiber, multimode fiber step index and multimode fiber graded index. As the result, this software calculator can calculate connection loss for three cases and produce the accuracy result.
