PETALING JAYA : Jawatan naib canselor di empat buah institusi pengajian tinggi tempatan (IPT) masih tidak diisi hingga kini dan fungsi tersebut masih dipangku oleh pegawai yang dilantik menjalankan tugas-tugas teraju utama universiti itu.
