Abstract

This is a fully report of the journal of Project of Sarjana Muda 2. It consist all the specific needs of the project itself. The objective of the project is to give an alternative way for KUTKM students to enter their complaints without the specified time of frame. This project is done to Kolej Kediaman Department and Unit Pembangunan Department. Both this department are responsible to entertain the complaints. The scopes of the project are enabling KUTKM students to lodge complaints to Kolej Kediaman Department without any specified time frame. The purpose arse also to recognize the complaints that occur in the KUTKM hostel to the Unit Pembangunan according its unit and to analyse how to deliver the complaints to the department in charge, data verification, and categorization accordingly. It will focus in how to improve the data capturing using query statement and avoiding from redundancy and duplication aspect. The methodology that will be use for this project is Unified Modelling Language or UML. The significances of the project are for fast updating in order to facilitate the officers to be alert in every complaints status and the project will give a best facility for students to deliver their complaints easily without any specified time frame.
