Abstract

This project is carried out to develop KUTKM Students Clinical Management System for KUTKM Students Clinic. The purpose of this project is to add new features to the clinical management system. Features added are the patient's registration based on the online system by student. Otherwise, student also can make an appointment. Student should fill up the appointment form in the system. This system is developing based on the web page. After that, student and staff or doctor can access this system wherever they are through the Internet. Beside that, this system also provides a facility to staff or doctor to manage the clinic which they will update the medicine stocks, insert and delete record of medicine stocks, student health record and others. The automated shared information and simplified registration and appointment process allow the student to manage their time to be more efficient and systematic.
