Abstract

Suspension system was a main important device on every motor vehicle. That's why the suspension is need to always be in good conditions, the suspension system or ever known as the absorber has a main function where it's able to brought a comfortable condition to the riders while making a ways on the road surface. In this report writer had done the literature review mostly about a ways to make or to design the test apparatus included with the procedure which able to use in do the project designs and fabrications of test jig for motorcycle suspension performances test. Finally, after all the surveys and studies had been done, writer decided to take an initiative for designs and fabricate a test jig where the main objective is to test the performances on the motorcycles suspension system. This constructions was a combination from 2 mechanical devices where consists of the test jig where will be fabricate by the writer and the accelerometer to measure or get the vibration rate or the frequency which will produce by the absorber.
