Abstract
The development in the internet field is give a lot of advantages for the society but it also have disadvantages. Bad websites like porn website, gambling website, politics issue website will make the moral down of society. Therefore, this project was design as a campaign to give intentional to society about the affect of use bad websites. It follow by a model internet that can give explainations about how to blocking website in form of model. This design will be operated using combinational of decoder and LED as the output and it will be programmed by Visual Basic 6.0. As a result, this project will open the society’s eye about the blocking website and the disadvantages of bad websites.
