Abstract
This project is a study on Metal Detector. The main objective of this project is to apply an electromagnetic field for detecting metal by using electronic control circuit and Micro Controller circuit. Electronic control circuit is a circuit that using electronic components as a main component to produce electromagnetic field. Micro Controller circuit is a circuit that using Micro Controller as a main component with complex C language for giving instruction to Micro Controller to operate the circuit. Both circuits based on Metal Detector Theory which is using two oscillators, search oscillator and reference oscillator. Both oscillators will produce frequency radio and the difference between the frequencies will produce an output signal.
