Abstract
This project is about developing a dynamic web base application system for a urban school which is Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Kerteh Terengganu. The development of this system is purposely to ease school management process and overcome problems faced by the school organization during managing their student's record. In current time, this school has a static system which doest not help them in managing their student current information. This will cause several problems such as loss of data, data can not be analyzed and unmanageable data. This system contains seven modules provided purposely to overcome the problems faced such as register student, upload and download notes, assign class for teacher, grading result. This system is developed by using PHP designer with PHP language and using MySQL as a database platform. The methodology here is V-Model.
