Abstract

ch recognition has been implementing in computer. There is a lot of PC­ re in market. The difference between each other is either the software is ot. For mobile phones, there are limited brand and type that implement the nition technology for text message service such as blackberry smartphones. e speech recognition to text message service is only available between the hones brand and the service is limited and can't be use for other mobile . Therefore, this project has developed for speech recognition to text ice which can be implemented in any Pocket PC of any brands and types. cus is to give a convenient way to type a message through speech echnology for people who use pocket PC while they are driving and for isabilities to reply text using their fingers or stylus. This project also allow user to communicate more convenient and efficient without wasting time project is quite challenging as the speech recognition to text message for still a new issue and a lot of research needs to be done since there are no ftware existed yet for speech recognition of Pocket PC-based. The of this project is believed to bring a great benefit in mobile on technology nowadays.
