Abstract
The Final Year Project is about File Organiser Software, a software that can help users manage and organise messy files in the file system effortlessly. The user has difficulty locating and managing the needed files when the files are cluttered in the device. Therefore, this software can convert the scanned text to machine detectable text and organise the scanned file. As a technique in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) field, Natural Language Processing (NLP) has a field of Topic Modelling. In this Topic Modelling, two famous machine-learning algorithms, Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) and Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI) can find the topics by grouping the related top words from the texts in the files. To recognise text on scanned documents, Optical Character Recognition (OCR) convert scanned documents into detectable documents with text content recognised by machines. This File Organiser Software has the potential for AI-driven tools to enhance the efficiency in managing files. To support the project, the research papers from the experts are referenced. The results of this project should finish developing File Organising Software that achieves every objective and goal. In this project, the topic modelling results achieve good coherence scores and the OCR results have accurate conversions.
