Abstract
The project aims to benchmark existing technologies for cleaning ceiling fan blades, design an innovative cleaner device, and validate it through real fan blade testing. The persistent challenge of dust accumulation on fan blades in residential and commercial settings leads to health risks and indoor cleanliness issues. Current cleaning methods are inefficient and fail to contain dust particles. An automated, effective system is needed to clean fan blades without spreading allergens. The project employs a comprehensive methodology: literature review, user data collection, conceptual design, detailed design, material selection, fabrication, and rigorous testing. The resultant Dustless Ceiling Fan Blade Cleaning System represents a significant leap in home care technology, solving the persistent issue efficiently. This innovation not only ensures cleaner indoor spaces but also sets a benchmark for future home appliance maintenance, showcasing the power of thoughtful design and technology integration.
