Abstract

The effects of parameter settings have been well studied since AWJM has been in use for a long time, with an emphasis on minimizing delam in composite and achieving the best surface quality. This study aims to optimise the abrasive waterjet cutting parameters in order to eliminate delamination in GFRP materials. By determining the critical variables that impact the output and their optimal values, the Taguchi technique maximizes performance. In the context of the Taguchi technique, an abstract parameter is a variable or modifiable element that can be changed during the optimization process. The Taguchi method can be used to optimize the elements that cause delamination in order to reduce or eliminate it.
