Abstract

The 2D animation "The Story Of Seri Rama and Siti Dewi" is an animation that developed by using silhouette technique. This animation is based on wayang kulit story and adapt from wayang kulit environment. It uses puppets which is elaborately carve and colorfully decorated to make the character alive suits with the storyline. The character design also followed the original character design of the story. Besides, the voice character involved one person that imitates the all characters at the same time. This project was developed to make it looks like the real performances of wayang kulit so that people can watch this traditional performance at home.
