Abstract

Nurturing back water system that is used nowadays have been developed in many sectors especially in service sector and factory as well as in processing food stuff like nata de coco. It occur because of people is now realized in saving main source which is water and in controlling hydrology. Nata do coco is washed by using acid that need a proper care in order to neutral the acid. In order to developed the nurturing back water system for this product, one good nurturing system based on laboratory scale has been developed. To determine the effectiveness of this system, experiment is conducted based on few parameters which are the pH, and the water turbidity that produced. This parameter can be used as a guide in getting a good water quality based on specification that is set and also suitable to be used again.
