Abstract

The research and objective of this project is to create a security system in public transport. This system can solve the problem for the public transport to take in excess passengers. This condition can be life threatening passenger in the bus. This system will calculate and display the total of passenger in bus. The seven-segment display will be guide the driver not to take passenger over the limits. If the drivers still takes passenger over the limits, the system automatically will be connecting with the local authorities using the short message service (SMS). The main goal of this project is to reduce the risk of passenger injury or death and help the local authorities to take action against operators found guilty of public transport more effectively
