Abstract
Voltage regulator circuit is using in many electronic devices, regulating the dc voltage regulator is necessary for the devices. Zener diode is best of example of voltage regulating. Bio-battery is now a days is getting famous for using in devices like charging cell phones. Bio-fuel cells are alternative energy devises based on bio-electrocatalysis of natural substrates by enzymes or microorganisms. Here we review bio-fuel cells and bio-batteries based on the recent literature. In general, the bio-fuel cells are classified based on the type of electron transfer; mediated electron transfer and direct electron transfer or electronic charge transfer (ECT).Bio Battery has great potential as a next-generation energy device. They serve as a new form of energy that is proving to be environmentally friendly. The longer-term goal in this area is to further enhance performance to ultimately develop batteries suitable for notebook computers and other mobile devices. Dc voltage regulator stabilizing of the bio-battery is a great challenge when the flow of electrons are not constant from the bio-materials. To make the flow of electrons in stable form input is connected to the zener diode circuit to make the output in stabilized form to get the circuit protected.
