Abstract
A substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) bandpass filter is designed in order to obtain the requires parameter responses from 8 GHz to 10.5 GHz by using 3D tool software based on the method integrate rectangular waveguide (RWG) due of simplicity and easy to analyse.The main parameters concerned are reflection loss (S 11) and insertion loss (S 12). A prototype of the SIW bandpass filter has been build and tested by Vector Network Analyser (VNA). Then the measurement result obtained would be analyse with the simulation result.This comparison would be further discussed.
