Abstract

The aim of this research is to de ign a heat collector for purpose of water heating system that can be used in accordance with the climate of Asia-Pacific countries. The purpose is to introduce the new energy usage by using the heat from the environment as the power source. By using this technology. The production cost of this product is lower than other products. Besides that, with features that arc more environmentally friendly. pollution can be reduced and this helps in producing products with more exactness with the green technology concept. In general, this study is related to thermal efficient water heating system. specifically to improve the water heating system that exists nowadays. The goal of this research is to improve the current water heating system by using heat as the energy source to heat the water. The focus is to improve the thermal efficiency by adding new specification for the thermal water heater. By implementing the black body and radiation concept, the air trapped in the box is heated. The trapped air then increases the collisions between the molecules and directly increases the temperature inside the box. higher than the outside environment. Based on theory and concept purposed. the temperature of the water increases more efficiently and faster by using heat as the source. In order to improve the efficiency of the thermal hot compact water system, a few specifications and concept are added into the system, such as a combination of the evacuated-tube and concentrator collector. This is purposed to improve the efficiency o f the absorbent bed and the thermal box and also to improve the efficiency of the product so as to absorb heat for the heat pipe.
