Abstract

This study is about the effect of the environmental stressor on workers performance especially in the industrial sector. The environment stressor includes Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) and Noise Level Exposure. In this study, respondents were surveyed among the workers or operators which is the occupants who use the place which specified in the scope of this study. The objective of this study is to identify occupant’s satisfaction of the indoor air quality and noise level exposure by having their opinions then evaluate it using respective measurement tools to determine current environment stressor level in the company. The environment stressor is something that can increase the productivity and might as well increase the work quality outcomes. The indoor air quality and noise level exposure of occupant are determined by providing a questionnaire form and the interviews then the assesment using a respective measurement tools. After all assesment data is available, calculation and analyses of the data will be conducted to get the results and followed by the discussion. The study came at a conclusion where location forming operation and SSP department is not provided with a good indoor air quality and the chip preparation provides the most uncomfortable sound environment.
