Abstract

The PSM project is responsible to develop a portal web system which is PTPTN portal web for Perbadanan Tabung Pendidikan Tinggi Nasional(PTPTN). The system that will be developed for the portal is online system. The portal web of PTPTN includes publish info about PTPTN, facility sms,revise loan application,make apply online loan, maintained the system, and so on. This system wilJ be divided to three user. The frrst user are student or public and the second is administrator PTPTN. Student or user can using access the system to make apply loan application and job online ,revise apply loan, make a comment at guestbook,info latest etc. Then staff PTPTN Student make a registeration for make E-Complaint. Student also to download loan application form. Administrator is arranges maintain the database record and system. The proposed of the system is likely to ease the management of the PTPTN in terms of time used to handle the application, latest information and revision etc. Besides, this system also allows the user access the information of the PTPTN wherever they are connecting to the internet. In addition, it save money and time to maintain the system. This system also has a security to prevent an unauthorized user access this system. With this system that we are going to develop, the management of the PTPTN will be more systematic than the manual system.
