Abstract

‘Research Leadership Think Tank Series: Research methodology module for high impact research’ programme was organized by AKEPT Centre for Leadership Research and Innovation (ACLRI) in collaboration with some expertise’s from Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) and Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). This programme develop to ensure young lecturer exposed to high quality and high impact research based in vast knowledge and systematic planning. Especially those in higher education who are expected by their learning organization to perform and competent in producing an exceptional research proposal and high impact result. The programme was conducted as a 2 days programme. There were four speakers with each of them was given 1:30 hours sharing session and 30 minutes Q&A. The programme has outlined two learning outcomes as follows: i.To guide young lecturers and researchers to know the best steps and strategies in managing a research project. ii.To teach young lecturers and researchers to identify the selection of the best methods to obtain meaningful results to produce the effective impact in the form of publication, commercialization, human capital and contribution to society.
