Abstract
Lecturer And Student Assignation (LSA) module in Workshop II Management System (WMS) is developed for Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM).This system is developed based on Fakulti Teknologi Maklumat Dan Komunikasi (FTMK) needs and requirements that responsible in managing the process in subject Workshop II. To develop LSA, Eclipse is utilized as a development tool and HypersQL DataBase (HSQLDB) as a database. Project methodology defined Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) is used in developing LSA by using the JavaServer Faces Technology and ICEfa~s as an integrated Ajax Java application framework. The purposes of LSA are to provide an efficient management to ease the process of assignation between lecturer and studcmts. On the other hand, this online system can be used by administrator, lecturers, and students. As a conclusion, LSA has brought a lot of consequences to UTeM in order to transform the manual process into web based application system.
