Decision making is always a crucial thing to people.People need to make decision daily life especially what to buy. Wide variety of products and brands in the maret makes customer feels lost as do not know which product is more suitable and worthy. Usually, customer will compare the prices and qualities among the products before deciding which one to buy, It is time consuming and the final decision may be not suitable for customer as all. As a result, an intelligent tool called Intelligent Tool To Select Desired Products is developed to to predict the best choice of product. It can be done by entering the criteria, sub-criteria and alternatives (choice of products) into this intelligent tool. The result is reliable as it is operated by using a proven AI tecbnique called Analytical hierarchy Process. With this intelligent tool, customer can select their most desired product wihin short period a time.The Intelligent Tool To Select Desired Products is an online system and developed by using Java language and Java DB as database.
