Abstract
Sistem Pengurusan Insentif Pengeluaran Padi (SPIPP) is management system for Pertubuhan Peladang Kawasan Machang in managing the process all the information about paddy farmers and the subsidy they received. The purpose of this system is to develop a system that can manage and recorded all information about plough, fertilizer and pesticides subsidy in a system. Staff will added information about paddy farmers and the acres that will be plant with paddy in the system according to the form that have been fill by the paddy farmers. This system also can print out coupons that contain information about subsidy that will be received by paddy farmer. Beside, this system also can print report.
