Abstract

In the dynamic landscape of modern business, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are increasingly leveraging digitalization and innovation to enhance their competitive edge. This research explores the transformative impacts of digital technologies and innovative practices on SMEs, focusing on the advantages they accrue through these processes. Through a comprehensive review of literature and empirical analysis, this study examines how digitalization enables operational efficiencies, improves customer engagement, facilitates market expansion, and fosters organizational resilience. Furthermore, it investigates the role of innovation in driving these digital advancements, highlighting strategies and frameworks that SMEs adopt to harness digital tools effectively.
