Abstract
The UTeM VoiceCare System is an innovative web-based platform designed to improve the registration and management of complaints related to university facilities for the UTeM community. This system replaces traditional paper-based methods, enabling students, staff, and administrators to efficiently register complaints, provide services, search complaint data, and track complaint history. By streamlining the entire process, the UTeM VoiceCare System reduces data retrieval time and enhances transparency and communication within the university, fostering a more efficient and responsive environment for addressing facility-related issues within the UTeM community.
