Abstract
The Angkatan Pertahanan Awam Malaysia (APM) Case Handling Management System is developed to address the increasing complexity of civil defense incidents. The manual process currently in use leads to delays and inefficiencies, impacting the overall effectiveness of APM's response. This project aims to develop a comprehensive web-based management system to streamline incident reporting, response coordination, and data management. The system will enable staff to handle and manage case data more conveniently, generating various reports related to case handling management. The significance of this project lies in its potential to revolutionize APM's case handling capabilities, ensuring a more rapid and coordinated response to incidents, thus improving overall preparedness and efficiency. The expected output includes a computer-managed system that can store information, reduce paper usage, and provide consistent and efficient data management, operating 24 hours a day for staff convenience.
