Abstract
This project focuses on the development and evaluation of an serious game designed to help reduce anxiety for teenagers. The game integrates engaging storylines, interactive puzzles, and immersive game environments to create a therapeutic and enjoyable experience for players. The study aimed to address the problem of adolescent anxiety and its impact on mental health and daily functioning. The study involved adolescent aged 15-30 who played the game for certain duration. Anxiety levels were measured before and after the intervention using standardized tools. The results showed a significant reduction in anxiety among the participants, who also reported improved mood and problem-solving skills. These findings suggest that serious games can be effective supplementary tools for managing anxiety in teenagers, providing a novel approach to mental health support.
