Abstract

LUMUT, Feb 24 — Empowering the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programme as a whole will minimise Malaysia’s dependence on skilled foreign workers, especially in those fields, said Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Zambry Abd Kadir.
